Registration information
Registration to attend the meetings includes free attendance to all scientific sessions and workshops, free coffee breaks (morning and afternoon) and lunch. We will also have an evening BBQ and a formal dinner, paid separately. In an attempt to keep attendees’ costs to a minimum, the registration fees are almost the same as in our last meeting back in 2019, and we offer bursaries towards the costs of travel and accommodation for student members of the Association.
Student registration includes free access to a student networking event on Wednesday evening.
Please note, registration does not include accommodation. There are however many options available in Reading, at a short distance from the conference venue.

Extras
Both BBQ and gala dinner include vegetarian/vegan alternatives, and we are able to accommodate most dietary requirements. Please let us know your requirements when you register.

Drinks reception & BBQ £21.5
The drinks reception includes a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The BBQ includes a burger, a hot dog and accompaniments (vegetarian, vegan , gluten free and dairy free options available).

Cancellations
Cancellations before Monday 1st May 2024 will be refunded in full, minus a £14 administration fee.
Cancellations after Monday 1st May 2024 but before 31st May 2024 will be refunded to half the amount of the delegate package charge.
No delegate package refunds are available after 31st May 2024.
Cancellations of dinner packages will be refunded in full any time before 1st May 2024 but will not be refunded after that date.
Student bursaries
While we won’t be able to cover the full travel expenses of everyone, we hope a small help will make attending the conference easier. The organising committee will contact each student individually shortly after the early bird registration deadline using the e-mail address indicated in the Abstract submission form. Please keep an eye on your spam folder!
Note: in case you are not awarded a bursary or the support we can offer does not allow you to attend the conference, please note cancellations before Monday 1st May 2024 will be refunded in full, minus a £14 administration fee.
