Will investigates South Atlantic and Southern Ocean biodiversity to support conservation efforts and technological innovations. He is particularly interested in gelatinous zooplankton (doliolids, pyrosomes and salps) and also in the dynamics of nuclear ribosomal and mitochondrial DNA.
