Visa for travelling to the UK for registered participants

Certain nationalities can travel without the need of a visa to the UK. You should check if you require a visa to travel to the UK in the Home Office website.

The organisers will provide a letter confirming participation to registered participants only (i.e. those who have paid and supplied their details for registration in the Eventbrite website). To get this letter, please contact the Registration team forwarding your registration details.

It is the responsibility of each participant to make sure they comply with UK travel rules, carry out any visa applications and cover their own travel expenses. The Systematics Association cannot offer funds to support the cost of visa travel arrangements nor can provide suggestions on how to complete visa applications.
