Systematics Research Fund – SRF

The Councils of the Linnean Society and the Systematics Association jointly administer the Systematics Research Fund (SRF) for the benefit of systematics research.

The Fund has an annual funding round with publicised deadlines.  Applications of all nationalities are welcome. Please note that applications can only be made through the online form which is made available during the funding round.

Typical activities supported  as well as those not supported are described here.

Successful projects are selected by a panel of systematists who represent a wide range of conceptual interests and taxonomic groups. Generally applications in the range of £500-£1,000 are preferred. The value of any single award will not exceed £1500.
